LevittQuinn is proud to introduce its three newest board members, David Deaton, Scott Klopert and Cari M. Pines.
David Deaton – A partner at O’Melveny & Myers, Mr. Deaton is nationally recognized for his work in health care law and is the newest member of the Levitt & Quinn Board of Directors. In his thirteen years with O’Melveny & Meyers, he has solidified his reputation as a top-tier attorney for the regulatory, enforcement and business matters of health care organizations. A frequent lecturer and contributor to national legal publications, he was named one of the country’s “Outstanding Healthcare Fraud & Compliance Lawyers” by Nightingale’s Healthcare News. Since joining the board at LevittQuinn, Mr. Deaton has been a successful ambassador for its mission giving our support base a much appreciated boost.
Scott Klopert – LevittQuinn Family Law Center welcomes Scott Klopert to its Board of Directors. One of the founding partners at the family law firm Klopert & Ravden, Mr. Klopert joined the LevittQuinn Board of Directors in May of this year. A member of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations’ Family Law Sections, Mr. Klopert has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 2005. His talents have been lauded by his clients as well as his peers, with Southern California Super Lawyers naming him a “Super Lawyer” from 2010 through 2013 and a “Rising Star” between 2004 and 2007. Mr. Klopert’s involvement in fundraising has already made him a valuable asset to the mission of LevittQuinn.
Cari M. Pines – In 1993 Cari Pines began her career as one of the youngest female sole practitioners dedicated to family law in Los Angeles. A State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist, Ms. Pines is the current Chairperson of the SFVBA Family Law Section and serves on the LACBA Family Law Section Executive Committee. Her experience as a mother of a child with special needs underscores her dedication to and experience with representing such families. As an expert in the field, Ms. Pines has authored numerous articles and lectured at professional conferences and symposia. Her enthusiasm and commitment have made her a wonderful addition to the board.
